- Team Size: (1500 Subordinates)
- Project Value: 360,000,000 SAR (MEP SCOPE) with total area of 250,000 sq. meter
- Description of project: 6 Hospital Floors, 9 Residential Floors , 2 Basements , 3 Service Floors, HVAC is Chilled Water System 5 Chillers (Each 1550 TR) , 5 Cooling Towers, .
- Role: MEP Project Manager.
- Responsibilities: Project Director MEP execution
